Yea, at start I were planning to participate in jam myself, but i have other priorities for now. But jam is quite interesting, I want to learn C/Zig thru Raylib. So I decided at least participate in project review =))

What I think could be improved it is a restriction of turns, it's not obvious. I think it player's goal was to merge all hexagons in certain way it would be better It really reminds me of that little linkedin puzzles that I'm addicted currently =)  Great work!

Does that mean that game should create a 720x720 window? What's about game internal resolution? Could it be a 180x180 game stretched to 720x720 for example?
