might want to try buying the tm's from the delibird store.
Hopefully the developer can find a fix for this bug. It basically erases the pokemon randomly. The two on the bottom were Kingdra and Altria are just now forever gone.
After about 3 soft resets, I can say I'm a proud owner of that beautiful Dragonite that you find in the Blooming forest. Loving the game so far.
