I think adding another mechanic would bring out more of the fun and panic in having to fix the broken machines and maybe force the player to be a bit more tactical :)
I enjoyed playing this! I love the design and the choice of legends, I think with a bigger range of legends the randomisation would be more apparent! Potentially increasing the difficulty and adding an auto-attack or button hold to attack would be a good addition too :) I'd be keen to see where it goes!
