The title and cover art quickly grabbed my attention. I wasn't sure what to expect, but found it to be a lot of fun to read. I'm still not sure which games you were assigned for inspiration, so its hard to determine how they were implemented.

The layout and design of this adventure are top tier. I love the addition of statblocks beside the room description, reminds me of OSE adventure formatting. The color scheme and map are beautiful. The adventure looks like it would be a lot of fun to play with an excellent theme, interesting factions, and various omens to keep the players fully engaged.

This adventure looks like it would be an icy blast to play in or run. I love the concept of a vertica hex crawl racing to reach the top before it's too late. Art work looks incredible with a solid style and vibe throughout. Excellent work.

Thanks for checking it out. I had tried to pixelate a couple images which lead to some low res appearance. In the future i would definitely take a different approach, but it was a race to meet the deadline.

Thanks. I wanted to try an embody the feel of levels growing progressively more challenging like the old video games. I also included hidden methods of "warping" the party forward in the adventure like so many NES games had.

In games like Gyromite you need to solve the puzzle before time runs out or you die. So that inspired the idea of using the real-time constraints, which I thought paired nicely with the Shadowdark torch timer mechanics.

I figured the adventure was brutal enough as is, so I added the spirit encounters as a possible result that could give clues or luck to aid the party.

Perfect thats what i was planning. A GM facing version in the submission with a Player facing attachment.

Thank you for verifying.

Is it acceptable to include a map file alongside the adventure or does everything need to be included in the pdf?

I was thinking the issue was on my end. Glad to see I'm not alone.
