Man, the last chapter actually left me in tears.
MC's mom leaving them in a town so openly hateful of their people and building another family while MC had to grow up with a man they barely knew, in a town that was repulsed by her mere existence? I actually felt the betrayal, and honestly I don't think there's a good enough reason for my MC to forgive her, even if it's their mother. Actually, especially because she's their mother but she abandoned them like that. I think I'll be left in tears next chapter too, BUT I NEED CLOSURE FROM THIS LET MY MC ANGRILY YELL AT THEIR MOTHER I BEG YOU
I really loved the story. I'm usually slow to play text-based games like this because of my ADHD, but the plot was so interesting that I found myself actually immersed. I love the characters so much, I can barely stop myself from flirting with all of them, though Iris has a special place in my heart.
Really excited to play chapter 6! (please let me rage at Salyra please please please)
