This game is an artist daydream with amazing background and character art portraits that shows the vast amount of skill the artists of this game prosses. I also must praise the story writing of this game, it is clear to me that a lot of love was put into every character, even the non-romanceable ones.
However that also brings me to the primary hurdle this demo seems to be struggling with. Pacing. For there are multiple instances of characters giving fifteen to thirty minutes of lore dumping, without hardly any input from Sage. Like for instance with the knight's first event we get her background and marriage thoughts on the same day. With few proper Sage inserts or choices in-between. This could be fixed by learning the backstory on the first day and only learning about the marriage prospects if we decide to romance her.
Florian is a prime example of pacing done well, with only tidbits of information given each interaction. For the more opened characters though, Sage should hold off asking deep probing questions until more time is spent with each character, making each reveal feel more rewarding.
The segmenting of information would also allow for antique part of the simulator to shine. Giving more emphasis on the pricing of products, conversing/ haggling with customers, and finding more unique items. Also having the cleaning be an active minigame sort of thing other than just pressing a button would also help with this.
If these things are pursued then the balancing issue would be fixed, and this game I am sure would surely shine.

Multiple different endings with several different outcomes makes replayability a blast. As long as you choose different choices each time otherwise it could get dull. Now if you play Beyond the Bet all you have to do is save in the right places and you can jump to the wonderfully crafted endings. Moreover I love how the game fully embraces the cease the day mindset that comes with only having a few days left.
10/10 would spend twenty hours dating and being traumitized by reaper man again. Looking at you ending Seven.
You explained this really well without any aggression I appreciate that. Thank you. I like it when people have the maturity to have a calm rational back and forth. It's not seen incredibly often. Your post was information, and blunt without being rude or crass. I applaud you for that. There were no belittling of my idea or a complete brush off of frustration. I will even say I believe you're right this bundle is low priority, and for all we know though I hope this isn't the case they might be oppossed to it's existence out of bigoty. I really do wish this bundle well though some might disagree, I just wish there were something we as a community could do to assist.
Firstly i will note i am not trying to cause trouble. But I am wondering if we'll email itchio urging them to actually accept this bundle that they'll finally get their hyde in gear. Cause at this point itchio just seems neligent there is no good reason on their end that itchio hasn't accepted it yet. Surely they can't ignore all of us.
from what i could tell when the april deadline was over they had 703 submissions the biggest this bundle ever been or most other bundles I've seen. In it's current state it has 623 submission still the biggest it's ever been but it's still a noticable decline. Now realisticly some of it might have been the owners noping out for one reason or another but all of those? Unlikely

I brought this game as part of the winter bundle and when i try to claim the steam key it says there's none available
