Oh woah! Very cool to hear that, I hope it goes well on finding someone to draw them. Again, I highly respect not using ai generation these days the ai hype is out of control. Having ai as a placeholder is something I've done before on one of My projects aswell so I full understand that side of things, you are making a good game.

I know this may be a bit of a dumb or well..un-necessary but would it be possible to add a lamia or arachnid transformation? or mabye a medusa one. I also had a few ideas a body trait separately for the male gender something along the lines of virility or fertility! Some form of cum traits, Mabye even testical sizes.
But my random ideas aside, the game is already amazingly fun, you are doing really good on it! I love the fish theming for everything and all the things you can do in it, fishing, character customizations, transformations!! And I love the humor in some parts the fish person in the aquarium caught me so off guard, amazing addition. I aswell highly respect the commissions for art.

I dont know if this one is possible to add, but different options for shape customization for the model, like different options for genitalia shape, custom length and width of torso and curve options for the body
Accessories would add some detail like clothing, piercings and tattoos whatever else is considered an accessory
Music options and sound effects would be nice as an option for atmosphere
Also donation options in the menu if you add one just to support the game
