I don't think they did.(I just fired up the win3.11 version to check) I based this port off the Win32 version from Chris Pirih's website. https://ski.ihoc.net/ He must of added them for that version.

It wasn't originally released with sound but recently it was discovered that the win32 version supported sound. https://foone.wordpress.com/2017/06/20/uncovering-the-sounds-of-skifree/
I'm currently working on support for the sound effects. Hopefully I'll release an update soon. I also want to add Joystick support. :)
