it's broken, lol

Can someone please tell me the sysyem requirements for this game? I am using my old laptop, i3, intel HD graphics 3000 (this is my main concern...), Windows 10.

I don't know what I am doing wrong but nothing happens when I play. I just end up playing capture the flag alone, which I guess is pretty scary lol. but I don't see the cool things I see in all the videos. :(
