Awesome game! As a audio guy I love the idea of using scratching!!!!! I saw the comment about the more acoustic feedback I 100% agree with that I don't think it would be annoying at all! Id probably be practicing my scratching while playing along lol! If you looking for some good samples It's pricey but a great tool Stylus RMX has some good scratch and beatbox sounds that I think could fit in this without being overbearing really well!
If you designed a program to somehow upload your own music and put this into a actual DJ controller this could be a SUPER fun game for us audio nerds!!!!
I designed and used a massive logic template to compose the music for my game! Designed all the sounds as well! Wasn't able to make the music as interactive as I was hoping because we didn't have time to integrate Wwise but I would love to hear your thoughts!!!
Interesting concept 100% should be explored further! I was forced to put more points than I was supposed to in my roll sometimes not sure if that was intended but if it was 5/5 when I'm required to use a total of 10 points doesn't really make sense. Maybe taking out the ability to remove points would help clear this confusion?
Nice concept reminds me of the tank wii game! For me I am on a trackpad so it was kind of difficult to keep track of where everything is at once. Having the dash on shift instead of right click would help balance the controls so more at least for me. Overall great game! well executed and felt polished!
Music and audio was ok. There are a ton of composers out there that would love to help! Having just a bit of personalized music and sound in your game can really change a lot!
