Okay, I'm a bit confused about the process here. You downloaded the ONLY UPDATE version, correct? If so do you have the previous version of the game already on file (1.84)? The game is 10gb more or less the only update links are so that people don't have to download the full game every update. If you don't have the previous version you should download the full game from the other links.

There are some big ones, but if you are talking about one of the bad ends where a girls gets boobs bigger than her whole body then no, it's not that big.
Is Grace's stage somehow less than 4? That shouldn't be possible if you are already on her second event but there might be a bug. In theory that is the only explanation, not other variables should affect the "talk to Elize" button. Unless it is time, she is not there at night.
