Hey there. Sorry you're having problems. Are you updating from the free version TO the premium version? If so, on Android, I believe you have to uninstall the previous version and install the new version. You'd have to backup your save files to transfer them over. 

Incomplete Package error sounds like maybe the download didn't finish properly? Maybe try redownloading the file.

I'm about to start a campaign for this game and I'm wondering if there's any other GMs out there who have ran it or are running it? Is there a discord or a subreddit or anywhere with any tips and advice? I haven't been able to find anything.

This is not normal. I assume you went to the save screen and saved your game before exiting? Even if not, there is a page of autosaves and it autosaves at every decision point. 

It's possible there was a Steam cloud issue, I'm not sure, but the game does save progress and I haven't had any other players report an issue like this.

I dont know who Hachi is or what Cuck95 is. There is no Linux version of the game and I don't test on Linux, but I know people who use Linux and dont have issues running the PC version there.

They should be provided by itch automatically upon purchase. If you go to your library, click download below the game, then there should be a claim steam key button on the downloads page. I think there's some exceptions, depending on what country you live in.

Different paths. But the structure for this game is quite a bit different than most other AVNs. Give the free version a shot and see if you like it.

The Steam key just allows you to play the game through Steam. It's exactly the same, otherwise.

Hello. That's actually a Premium Only scene. It was not supposed to show up on the list of scenes in the Free Version. That's a bug. I'll be patching it soon so that the scene doesn't show up on that list.

Can you tell me which version number you're on? It's on the top right of the starting screen.

There was an issue with Kendra's date, but I thought I had fixed it with the newest version (7.17.2)

If there is a missing image like that, you can click Ignore to move on with the scene. It will show the text, but not the image. Sometimes you may have to click Ignore a few times, but eventually you should be able to continue. It should not make your save game unusable.

Just download the new update and run it. It should find your saves automatically.

Honestly, I recommend just playing along with the updates. There's a lot of things that I've changed in older content, but I'm going to continue to do that, and I think most people will get burned out restarting the game every update.

Better to just play along, then when the entire game is out and I've released a completed version, then go back and play it from the beginning.

Hi there. First, make sure that you're actually playing the Premium version. On the title screen, it should say Premium Edition near the logo and you should have a little arrow at the bottom right that lets you change the title screen image. There should also be an option for a bonus image gallery. If you don't have those things, you're not on the Premium Version. Make sure you're downloading and executing the correct game files.

If you are on the Premium Version, you should have the new content. It's all the things listed under Exclusive Content here: https://rjrhodes.itch.io/come-home-premium-edition
