what part of arc 3 is the game left off at so far

for arc three im stuck on the quest where it says to talk to jean at noon so that i can sneak into the showers with sasha but jean and conny arent in the hallway no matter what time of day it is.

ive completed every characters story and thry all say more in future updates or complete the Halloween if I missed a scene do I need to go back?
