its easy to do it when you first encounter her just don't help her and in the clinic peek and then Lindsey love route is destroyed but you can recover it in "glowing spider eggs" quest just don't peek at the end of that quest

from the beginning but it will transform you to woman, so if you're hoping to play as man sorry but you can't as far as I know

To get close with jaycee you need to spend time in junkyard until she open her shop then you can talk to her between 18-22. for sandy I still figuring out  how 

just spent time in the junk yard until she open a store after that, spend more time talking to her so she will invite you to her trailer

I feel I was cheated!! I'm trying to get every perks that available in the current update(0.4.2) then when I'm about to do the pat, hug, and kiss they're not obtainable!! I was like a idiot finding a solution to pat them or even hug them but then, I look on the skills and see them but... BUT IT'S NOT AVAILABLE YET!! but anyway I love your game though I lost my old save but it didn't stop me for playing it again.❤♥
