Well note to self, don't bother with this site if a game gets picked up by streamers and just wait for steam. Cool.

So answer me this, what's to stop me from avoiding Itchio in the first place? Good to know in the future if a game gets popular on here to save my time and money and wait for a steam release. 

Cool it with the cap locks dude, the point is that we could have waited and got the game on steam, this version will now always be the inferior version.

The question is what was the point of buying it here first if I could have waited then:/

It's more brings into question the principle that those who bought it here first will now have the inferior version. Like let's be honest, who wouldn't want the option of multiplayer? Even if you're a single player person, you would still have the option. But with the itchio version, you don't have that choice now. And yes its super cheap but if this was scaled to a full sized regular game, this would be like the Xbox version getting updates first, leaderboards and achievements, multiplayer in a later release while the original on PS5 doesn't despite being released on their first. People would be like wtf, same here. What was the point of buying it here first? 

Yeah...I'm...conflicted about this ngl. Kinda feels like buying it on here was pointless if all this time I could have waited and got the Steam version which will now be the superior version. Love this game and all but...kind of feel burned. Maybe in the future just release your games on Steam first...
