If i finish the game through the base game, would I have to replay the story if I buy the DLC? Or will it continue from a point in the story?

I have a question that I’m not sure has been answered yet but, other than the choice tree will there be some walkthrough produced in the future or allowance of a walkthrough because the game is super fun and I’m a major ending finisher but I was doing Adams route and barley got through a quarter of his endings within 2 hours, I’d love to experience all endings for all the characters!
