Just FYI, the containment event dialogue box hides part of the clickable area, so if, for example, you get the event where you have to click 4 of the yellow circles within a time limit, it's possible for them to spawn in hidden under the dialogue box. Considering the time limit is pretty generous, so long as you get one naturally spawning one before the time limit, you can just use Scan for the other three, so it's not a particularly important issue, but I thought I'd mention it in the case you ever considered changing the time limit. In addition, as I think has been mentioned before, the advance button is also missing in fullscreen.

Also, this is a seriously minor thing, it doesn't impact the gameplay itself at all, but the news banner at the bottom is just slightly too tall and cuts off about half of the text on the bottom buttons (Sound, Codex, Achievements, Genome and Menu).

The Stealth Pathogen Achievement doesn't seem to be achievable, at the very least, not after you prestige. I'm at the point where I can advance pretty much as soon as the button appears, but even after speedrunning to Phase 10 in ~30 seconds, without a single containment event even having time to appear, the achievement still doesn't show as being completed. Unless I'm missing something and there's an additional requirement, but if that's the case, it isn't actually specified in the achievements description.
