Hi! So when I try the mobile Lovense app, I get a "request timeout error" when I enter the port data into the game with the data from the Game Mode of the app, and I already checked all my PC's firewall, connection, etc. settings. For the Windows Desktop App/Dongle, I get a "Failed to Connect" message instead, and it doesn't seem like this issue pops up on any other games I have tested with Lovense support, though for TVS, I've only tried with Betas 40, 41, and 43. I recall a mention that Lovense may have previously broken backwards compatibility with the Lovense Desktop App, but it looks like that app recently got an update, and I wanted to check if maybe Beta 44 has fixed that issue? Any help would be much appreciated, thanks again! 

Hey, any fix on Lovense support on Beta 44? Both the mobile app and desktop dongle/app for Windows still isn't working on Beta 43. Thanks for all your work! 

Hi, just checked all those variables, and I'm still getting the same "request timeout" error via the app. I did try out some other games, and they do work so I don't think it's the device. Any other troubleshooting tips? Thanks! 

Thanks for the response! Just tried the mobile app on the same network on both beta 40 and 43, still can't connect. Getting a request timeout error. 

Lovense Desktop app isn't getting detected by Ver 40 and 43 betas of game.
