Sometimes, you want to see the inside of a belly. (like a vore animation with the same sized creature or human swallowed) Should be able to see how much fish you put inside, then one degrades to each fart/burp.
You could use the same mechanic with the belly and modify it a tad, you could also use it for butt inflation too.
Could make the fart volume louder or use different sounds. For wet (or often) farts. You should make her body sweat a bit because of how much she/he is doing.
You could make the hand be invisible or make its opacity to be a bit transparent, kind of like a latex glove, or you could disable/enable burps & farts (one at a time, or make vapreon just grow, having a limit idk) Another thing, perhaps different fetishes and poses?
For example, sitting. The vapreon would lean forward while holding her tummy for farts, looking at the ceiling for burps.
The Vapreon could go onto its knees, butt in the air. Pat her back for her to burp. It should be fed first before flipping. For farts, you could rub & slap her butt. (since her face is away from the camera, so RacheltheRaichu's idea will come in handy.)
For fetishes, piss, scat, vore (new food, little people.) and more. (I'm only really into scat and farts, that's why I downloaded this game)
When we get too many features, turn the buttons into icons or turn into a menu.
Also start with a tutorial or controls for new fetish-lovers or whatever, come on.
