You will be able to build a harem, though to clarify it's more like there will be a few harem-style optional scenes and you can have a harem ending, you will also be able to stay completely exclusive to one girl and even get a marriage ending with them.
No ntr or sharing.
No futa/trans.
As for pregnancy, I have a couple scenes planned where they would be pregnant (post-ending), but that's far in the future.
And there will definitely be some gentle femdom for certain more "dominant" characters but nothing crazy.
