Oh, sweet! Take all the time you need :D
For the request: It seems like everything I read about appendages, they only work left-to-right, like the tail in the demo model where the base of the tail needs to be on the left and the part that wags is on the right; I could be mistaken about that though. The request is asking if it's possible to have top-to-bottom, bottom-to-top, and right-to-left options, if that's not already a feature. Like, being able to choose where the base of the appendage is when adding it as a layer instead of being locked to keeping moving appendages on the right.
Hello! I love the work you've put into this, I'm having a lot of fun setting things up! I've run into a small creative wall however, and I was wondering if you have plans to expand the options for appendages.
I have a few models I'm creating for me and some friends, and I was wanting to make some bits of loose hair in front of the face move and sway a little when idle, with a bit of physics added when the models bounce. I sort of achieved this with the rotation setting with the bits of loose hair as a non-appendage layer but it'd be nice if I could keep the top rooted in place and have the rest move. Similarly, a "bottom-up" option would be nice too, as I have an Eldritch themed character and having appendages floating and wiggling upwards would be pretty fun.
Also as a side note, I'm having quite a bit of trouble getting the eyes to cooperate (Ver. 1.4.) For one, the blink frequency settings don't seem to change anything, and the other issue I'm having is layering. For example, I have 3 separate layers for the eyes while they're open/not blinking; the sclera (whites of the eyes,) the eye itself, and then the lineart around the eyes with some color around it (so the eyes don't appear to be clipping above the bounds of the lines when using "follow mouse", if that makes sense.) I put all the eye assets into their own folders to keep everything grouped neatly but almost every time I load the model, the eyes and the sclera will be clipping above the bordering lineart/color even though the lineart/color is the bottom-most layer in the eye folder, and it takes a couple tries of moving the 3 layers back and forth before the model respects the layer order. I've tried saving the model again once it's been corrected, but it doesn't seem to help, unfortunately.
