Haha this was a long time ago. When I couldn't get the math on the gravity right, I opted to submit the game as a joke entry. None of my text based graphics ported, but the text lends itself to the joke.
The title screen proclaimed the game as HYPER GALACTIC GRAVITY SIMULATOR.
If you didn't figure it out, after 10 seconds a hint would appear to tell you to "Fly your ship to the Play Button"
Then you'd be thrust into the main game. The gravity would fling your ship off screen, and you'd be taken to the "Game Over" menu where you'd have a chance to try again.
After 3 attempts the "Game Over" menu would fill you in that the gravity is broken and there was no way to actually play the game.
