The Haunted: Halloween Trilogy is a continuous, cononected story spanning three years of the town of Possum Hollow from '85 - '87. You can play them indivdually without any issues, but the story does connect and there's subtle references to things between the games.

Sorry, I don't have any experience with that and don't have an iPhone to test it. I've used a couple emulators on my Android phone, currently NES Nostalgia. I'm guessing there's something similar out there for iPhone with better compatability.

Our games are built from the ground up, all new code (6502 Assembly), and all new parts for the cartridges. There's no specific engine for NES games but there are tools out there if you're interested.
