To fix this just go into your nvidia control panel -> manage 3d settings and turn off "antialiasing - Mode"

If you have this problem where your screen is just black in fullscreen or you cant get past the logo here's the fix

Go into your nvidia control panel -> manage 3d settings and turn off "antialiasing - Mode"

of course if you dont have a nvidia gpu this wont work.
