Very pretty colors ^^

Might as well get a jump on this, so here's my winter-themed dragon ^^

Day/Night comp:

I decided it'd be fun to mix elements of snow leopards (speckles), reindeer (antlers!), and a snowy woodland classic, wolves (behavior).
Species name: Northern Frostback Dragon
The colors of this species can vary greatly from one to another, though icy blues are the most common, with wings resembling the night sky and its beautiful stars. During certain phenomena, purple and green individuals make an appearance, though this may also be a seasonal change- like how certain rabbits change color between seasons to blend in. It may also be a rare mutation, but for now researchers believe it to be the former.
These dragons operate in a pack system, with each pack typically being composed of two leaders and their offspring. Dominant males will typically sport larger, more imposing antlers, while their female counterparts have sharper tail spines and thicker back fur. Juveniles typically spar by tangling their antlers together and wrestling, though this is typically done more so to play than to establish a pecking order.
The fur lining the backs of a Frostback is prone to freezing at the edges, though this does not bother them; these dragons contain large amounts of natural ice energy, and often will intentionally freeze their fur in order to form an armor of sorts against larger predators.
Due to their similarities to wolves, some packs of Northern Frostbacks have been seen alongside wolf packs. While the wolves rest at night, the Frostbacks will typically keep watch, and vice versa during the day; their young also get along very well, as pups and wyrmlings both have been observed digging through snow and dirt to catch small prey together.
Of course, such majestic beasts have their fair share of folk tales behind them. Denizens of the colder climes the species calls home insist that, if a traveller is to become lost and encounter one of these dragons, they will be guided by the creature's star-shaped pupils to either their end in the snow or somewhere warm to rest for the night. These tales have lead some areas to develop laws against hunting wolves, as the superstitious members of society insist it keeps the dragons happy and tourists safe.

Second little goober of today: a Sandwing! I've seen other people doing the WoF tribes, so I figured I'd do one that's honestly pretty underrated IMO.
Bands on the horns are supposed to be jewelry, since Sandwings seem to have quite a few skilled jewelers in their tribe (ahem the sheer amount of earrings/horn bands/bracelets they wear), and it also just felt wrong to not use every pattern I could when that was an option.

Just recently listened to the entire Silksong OST on Spotify after I finally beat the *true* final boss, and oh boy did it give me an idea.

Hornet if she could actually fly and WASN'T a spider/wyrm thing!!!
It was a bit of a hassle to try and get the arms/legs right, since I wanted to have the upper portions covered just a tad bit more, but I worked with what I had ^^
I will say it was kind've fun to put the faydown cloak on her as the actual wings. Seemed more fitting than trying for the monarch wings.

Looks like something you'd see in a dream, super cool! The contrast def helps bring out some of the less in-your-face colors ^^

You did good! The detail of his teeth glowing def helped since I remembered that from the few bits and pieces of Hazbin media I've seen :D

Slowly getting back into this, so here's part two of making a character from one of my hyperfixations into a dragon! Same fandom as last time, he's just not as intricate as the other because he literally has NO canon colors on his clothes outside of gray and a white t-shirt. Orange was added solely because I needed this man to have contrast and it honestly fits him. :pensive:

Here's my submission! It's my take on if a small raptor were given the time to develop wings in a more forested environment.

Small-ish loredump: These wyverns, henceforth referred to as Barkbeak Wyverns, are quite small compared to their fire-breathing cousins. Measuring in at about four feet tall and seven feet in length at most, their size poses a serious risk. Due to this, Barkbeaks have developed a natural camouflage, with certain parts of their bodies even taking on the texture of bark and leaves. This applies especially to their wings and 'beaks'; the wings mimic the leaves of the large trees they call home, while their snouts are tipped in extremely tough scales that have both the durability and texture of a tree's bark. This adaptation doesn't come without its downsides; these wyverns have slowly lost teeth over time, sacrificing them for the ability to keep their hardened scales without needing extra nutrients. They've also been relegated to gliding, as the large holes in their wings that help the whole "it's a leaf" illusion pass make gaining altitude mid-air impossible.
Their camouflage isn't just for survival; it's for hunting. When a larger wyvern or even a dragon leaves their nest to get food, a Barkbeak (or two) will scurry out from the underbrush and make quick work of what eggs are in the nest, and on occasion, they will take an egg back to their own nest for later consumption.
Males typically have larger head crests and feature a bright accent color, like a jungle flower, while females have a moss-like texture on their bellies for their young to stay warm.

The creature feature, featuring the CREATURE!

One very spooky boyo! I really liked the lower tones on the glow parts, makes the whole look all that much creepier. Could definitely see this in a dark fantasy setting.

Got bored and used two randomizers to make a lizard boyo(or two :])
Would absolutely love any and all feedback on these guys :D

Prompt was large build, standing wyvern, and carnivorous.
Used some glow parts to create contrast.
Got the idea to randomize things from gurotori!
Not entirely sure where I was going with this one. Ended up looking decent by the end, though! I'll probably redo it with a few more colors later on.

With this one I thought more of a semi-aquatic theme, and I think it turned out alright! I like to imagine the glowing parts are used to communicate underwater and to ward off predators, or just to imitate fireflies
