Glad it finally works, with how to play, if the player starts running after the Quick Time Event (QTE) that means you were successful; otherwise the player would not move from the start position. How to play after that requires you to click the blue flashing mines at the right time. Once you click on one of these mines, time slows down and another QTE will show up. If you are successful and you clicked the mine at the right time the EMP should take out your pursuers. It's not as intuitive as I would have liked so I should clarify it on the webpage. Thanks for playing!

Did a bit of reading building and zipping on Windows can corrupt Mac installations. So this time I've zipped using WSL I hope that works. If not I'll make sure to test it properly before mentioning it again. Thanks for trying, though. I would like to figure this out regardless for future games.

Does this latest file work? Otherwise, it's a shame it doesn't work, I couldn't get a good testing device to check myself.

All good, I've put up another one this time, hopefully in the right way I definitely did something wrong last time. I can confirm if it works tomorrow

Done let me know if there is anything wrong I haven't tested it

Very cool game, I did get a little stuck getting past the guy behind the door, it's well put together, you added enough mechanics to make the gameplay fun, where with each run I would get faster and more efficient at clearing a room.

Tried to get a web build, but we are having issues with FMOD

Didn't get around to fixing it. I've been working on a new game. It was likely a bug that happens now and again. Thanks for coming back to see the game to the end.

I appreciate the comment; after the game jam results, I plan to fix it to the level I wanted. I might add a few extra levels in the process. Thanks for playing

Glad you enjoyed it, thanks for playing

The parallax background has some issues I forgot to fix for this release, Thanks for playing!

Thanks for playing!

Thanks for playing. I planned on making each organism a realistic size, but along with the spawn issue, it was a problem of time.

Quick note:
- This was a pre-existing project
- Added procedurally generated maps and a dock system for villagers to travel to and from islands
- With the time I had I focused on improving the core mechanic
- I ran out of time so I never got past the temporary pixel art

Haha I got sucked into the calm a little too much, spent the entire time maxing everything out having a great time and ended up getting jump scared when I bought the scythe

Awesome idea, design and execution good job

It took me a second to know when to attack, interesting game mechanic and art style good job

I was also thinking about Doodle Jump as well as I played, almost got me with that last level

Beautiful looking game, I really liked how you tied each mini-game together seamlessly

Nice game, I found that it froze my browser a few times, I liked the different disasters felt very hectic

Cool game, nice job, almost made it past the chaos of Wave 5

Thanks for playing, I agree I was on the fence adding the music it was my first time making music and I did create it in only a few minutes I'll add an option later to mute the music

Thanks for playing! I might try adding a cutscene to the start of the battle to introduce the player to the environment

That's unfortunate since I'm using Godot 4, I have to use the SharedArrayBuffer, which seems to have issues with certain browsers

Thank you for the feedback; it was a first for me working with pixel art and my own art in general for a game; I'm glad you liked it!
