Not so worried about placement just have that game designer desire to have a creative work enjoyed >.<

Got the Web build working (just had bad cache for web platform on my side) it is just past the 200mb data asset limit that itch.io has so cest la vie. We live in the land of the low rated but I do hope anyone who takes the time to download thoroughly enjoys it!

Thank you!
The bones Loop was a hard one too keep in a state of intended play and not be frustratingly few and far between. settled on a passive accrual of them for each T2 or T3 territory the player has which helped alot but not in the early game. That was the scattering of skeletons on the ground though admittedly less than my artist said we needed '>.<

I am sorry that has been your experience! What are your local specs if I may ask? Trying to figure what may be causing the issue and it could be an architecture one.

Thats what I was saying is that the loop just kept going for me and I didnt know what to do. Wasnt trying to be deconstructive at all just give the feedback of my experience.
I loved where the opening had promise of going! (though a way to speed or skip through for replay would be a good feature for another jam :))

It is what it is. Which I know is vague and doesn't help but you know what you cursed me with this internal sound file that wont stop playing so I curse you in response :P

The juxtaposition between the start (which felt like it was taking me in a storybook direction) and the running around collecting monkeys and dodging bananas was jarring but there are alot of great working parts here. Good work!

That response to the ending crawl was the exact same one my team had when they first read what I wrote and I LOVE IT.
"What begins to awaken Req" - "The sequel, obviously" :P
We had so much fun on this project and I could see fleshing it out into a proper title! Very glad you enjoyed it and picked up what we were putting down!

As for the tutorial. Hear ya loud and clear on that. Our initial design had those Dialogue windows popping up as the player encountered things for the first time to teach you along the way. Giving you time to connect the action with the information. But time and scope being what it is... I had to do a tutorial sprint just to make sure people were armed with info to do anything at all.

Thank you very much! Froze when we saw the special object combined with theme but really poured ourselves into it once we got momentum!
There was a hang for my web build and I devoted 2 and a half hours of time trying to get it to build out for web (no errors just the progress bar that never ends) and I had to scrap it in light of doing a bugs fix pass (while I was waiting for the web build I was play testing the exe build and came across alot of low hanging fruit that I could fix in a 1.0.1 pass but wouldnt have the time to do both web build and an 0.1 pass so... decisions were made. I hope not poor ones o.o

Doesn't seem like the input is working. The only thing I can do is desperately stay alive by clicking milk. 10 outta 10. Great existential despair simulator :P

Love the title and the art style, could move around that space for some time just collecting bone boys. Noticed that there may be invisible milk I kept running into and getting the option to summon or heal? Wasnt often but deff happening. All in all great submission!

Help! Im in a snowglobe with white boxes!

Really liked the haunting fields with tentacles. not sure where I was meant to go and got caught in the same loop a couple times but the audio and vibe of that map was PEAK.

Brings me back to old Wizardry days, well done!

Really liked the balancing of corpses and resources to continue pushing gameplay. Great work!

"To restart press the green flag" LIAR! The Green Flag is unclickable and a lie! >.<

Not sure if something isnt firing off correctly, the second bit after the story crawl has me just catching milk the entire time on loop with no progression

Started it up and took care of the first two skele boys but nothing seemed to happen after that? Ran it a couple times. Loved the flat minimal visual style by the way!

Alt Universe Plants Versus Zombies was a fun play. Well done!

Immediately assuming home row and bringing my A game lmao

Did not expect to suddenly be transported to 2005 youtube with a jump-cut to screaming >.<

"Okay what am I doing here? OH I SUMMONED A SKELETON!" -locks in-, in the distance DOOM noises.

I'm not quite sure what I am supposed to do. But I am a duck. Life is quack.

That lo fi theme music was a vibe. Stopped clicking. Clicking interrupted vibe. No click. Only vibe.

That death sound is going to live rent free in my head >.<

Milk Secured! Your environment was gorgeous, that twinkle effect you had in the background was enchanting.  This is a great homage and foundation for an early sidescrolling bullet hell. Found myself wanting retro hype music to go with it.

Oh I could go back and forth for ever with this. Felt like I was Limitless'ing the moment I realized I could hold right click and fire at the same time and it have infinite Milk. Great work!

It is a bit yeah! Hadn't thought of that, we found our way to a similar visual style as Rogue's Legacy, a hand-drawn approach to that pixel-art take.

good praise coming from the maker of FridgeTheftAuto! :P

You're not wrong >.< I keep getting SWARMED by slime. Only way I can extract some games is to puddle in the center, big brain strat lmao

Thank you! All I see are the pieces we cut along the way and the holes I never patched so your words go a long way

Cannibal market manager! Perfect!

When you step out the box you BOUND outside it but I enjoyed this submission!

very polished and closed feel good game you built here. it knows exactly what it is and stands on those feet well!

I.... WHAT!? my life for some sound effects! this just needs good audio / visual feedback and a closed loop and youve got a powerhouse! way to go!

Like others I had issues with the mouse capturing but you have a solid loop and game going here! great work!

really great submission that nails the creepy vibes!

Every time I get past the opener for the game and can move the cleaver around... nothing can be done from that point, may be just my experience. Was interested in seeing where it went though!

Love the chaotic opener! this was fun to run through! great submission

my truck cannot be stopped. it absolutely WILL flip onto its roof and slide to its objective. Become Truck. Become Ungovernable.
