June seem to be one of the busiest months of 2023 in terms of big game releases
I really don't think its a good idea to release an indie game at a month where most gamers will be spending money on
Diablo 4, Street Fighter 6, Final Fantasy 16
I bet there are even more stuff, these are just the ones I was able to remember off the top of my head. if we include big DLC/Expansion releases there are also
Sonic Origins Plus, New Elder Scrolls Online Expansion, Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis Ver 2
I am not sure if having your release hype period happen during this month when most people will have tight budgets and have their mind occupied by triple A stuff is a good idea.
OFC it could be argued those games are completely different games for different people but I would assume most people who prefer consuming their ero-content in game-form would also game outside of ero-games.
