I don't know what you're supposed to do. There is no explanation. The only interactable buttons I could find were under the picture of the wizard where you pressed the three in order, but I don't know if it did anything and eventually I stopped being able to interact with it.

I had fun with this. Some feed back my "gaming instincts" when placing structures was to right click to exit the build menu. Obviously that didn't work and I continually placed buildings in random places I didn't intend to when I went on to behave as if I had closed it when I had not. Then dragging belts with the camera angle as it is was is not easy. The belts would wind up in, seemingly, random places as I drug it because other structures would get in the way and cause unexpected results. A top down view, at least while in the build menu, would be helpful rather than the diagonal view.
