hi alex, thanks a ton! i do want to use sound and music, and have found some things i do want to utilize. i was thinking about using some music by an indie game artist, alias conrad coldwood, who does a lot of stuff with mortis ghost (particularly for OFF). i really appreciate your feedback!

OH NOOOO this made me tear up. this is super sweet and so immersive, especially with the backgrounds!! it's like i'm there aah... wow! i really like the fantasy in here. it's not high fantasy but it isn't just magic either. there's enough context to give an idea of the character without telling everything.

the ending--owie!!! the writing is really great throughout the game and i think the ending could use just a little more! maybe delve deeper into bel's thoughts.

looking forward to more!

BIG agree with alex! i know you were struggling with some of the stylizing (particularly because links can be messy), but i think the game is super cohesive and really fun and engaging. i can see some real-life influences in it which makes it all the more special (technicolor smart lights???)
that said, knowing that this is unfinished i think it would be nice to have a home/go back button just in case someone wants to try the different options while it's still in development. the text formatting could use a little work--just grammar and spacing. 

overall i am super excited for this game and i can't wait to date some cute bird people!!!!

thank you! i played with the colors a little (they originally a bit more saturated) but with the white text i thought it was hard to see.

really nice story that starts out pretty groovy and ends up being sweet. loving the bababooey (one of my favorite audio clips)! thanks for the short and sweet game!

this is really great, katie! super descriptive, and the formatting of text really adds to the urgency of the scenario. very nice dream sequence (or hallucination...?!)
