i'm not sure what compels a person to combine these two genres but i am here for it. i just wish i was good at fishing.

loving this so far, i can already tell i'm going to be spending a lot of time on it. it's pretty much everything i want from an LSD spiritual successor. my only note is that i feel like all of the creatures having the same behavior of consistently teleporting you to a new field detracts from it a bit, part of the appeal is that you're never entirely sure what's going to happen next. the unpredictability elsewhere is great, like i'm genuinely unsure if the "clipping out of bounds event" was actually intended behavior or if i found an exploit lol

the LSDJam 2025 is finishing today, but I'm remembering this project from last year's jam. i like the new stuff. Most games don't compel me enough to come back to a year later, but I'm still thinking about this one. LSD made me feel that way too.. i don't think i've seen any other LSD-likes really capture that.

Very polished in terms of features. Shame it's so short, i was expecting the areas in the screenshots to be in the game.

hey thats super cool! dont worry about any of that stuff, im not pressed if you want to sample it. most of the music including that song uses samples from the original LSD game anyway

I've just put up a new version with a much less steep curve of the point thresholds (although also nerfing the combo bonus). Please give it a try if you feel so inclined. also, congratulations on getting such a high combo score. it's probably a world record.

The one where the exit teleports around the screen really quickly, i tried for ages and still cant figure out how to get past that room

it wasnt any specific area that was more slow, tbf i think it was mostly my computer's fault. as for the darkness that was generally the first area, which yeah a brightness slider should take care of. will definitely be staying tuned for the full release tho

even though this is quite short it could def be really cool if fleshed out. mainly it would benefit from having audio, even just a little ambience would go a long way. also fyi in unity you can add an icon for desktop apps in project settings

hey i just want to say i think this encapsulates what makes a dream emulator interesting the best out of every game in the jam. it was a bit hard to tell what things linked me and which didnt sometimes but it took me quite a while to even find my way back to somewhere i'd already been. will definitely be coming back to this one

hey, i love the atmosphere and prerendered visuals of this. super excited to see where it goes after the teaser, although it runs really really slowly on my pc. some of the areas were also super dark; idk how much of it was on purpose but it made it hard to navigate

hey i just want to say this project is super cool. the audiovisual design is immaculate but the dreams themselves sucked me in. even though it's short i think the idea of representing dreams with these warioware-esque pseudo-microgames is genius and i would love to see more of them.

the art's pretty good, but it seems pretty easy to get stuck on the puzzles
