I want to clarify one important point: both packs were already downloaded before the refund was issued.
I completely understand your feedback regarding the file naming and the distinction between the two packs, and those are points I could have discussed with you or improved based on your feedback.
However, I was surprised to see a refund after both products had already been downloaded, especially since your comment also stated that you liked the artwork and were happy with the amount of content.
The products themselves were delivered in full, and the issue you raised was mainly about organization, filenames, and how clearly the differences between the packs were explained, rather than missing or unusable content.
If those issues were serious enough for you to no longer want the products, I would have appreciated the opportunity to address them before a refund was requested, particularly after both packs had already been downloaded.
I do take the feedback seriously and will work on making the organization and product descriptions clearer. At the same time, I think it is fair to distinguish constructive feedback from a situation where the purchased content was not delivered, because that was not the case here.
