Imho, the Coach's route need some polishing, but it is completed. All 35 days, 3 endings and an epilogue are present in the game.

The music library is not available for the public. I don't want to be toxic, but your problem has a lot of solutions. I will not give you specific recommendations, try to come to it by yourself ;)
PS. btw i was in the same spot a year ago when i wanted to add end credits music to my library on the phone to listen to it when i am in a sad mood. That one and the attempt to get a night view on CrestHaven from Coach route in good resolution to place it like wallpaper on my pc. It's funny what in the end it led me to.
The answer used to be no, I suppose. I think Dyne planned to add 35 days for each route and an epilogue. But now in Twitter and Telegram we see the announcement of a special episode with Spencer and Azaghal. In my opinion, the chance of extra days/special episodes/alternative stories was 0.01% and now its 99.99%. But I suppose it can be an extra extra content and will be only available for the patreon supporters. Like you, I also want more content with Papa Bear. It will always be not enough of him for me.
Some characters have problems with this scene. I don't remember which ones exactly, but Harold is definitely not one of them. His item appears on the table correctly when you are completing his route with the best ending. I assume you did not finish his route on the best ending, and just got a neutral/good ending.
I am diving deep into Harold's route and trying to notice these moments. But I just started getting acquainted with RenPy and coding in general. And with a poor knowledge in English and programming and with a lack of free time, it is difficult to browse through someone else's code. But I try my best to collect data at least for Papa Bear from beginning to the end credits. Only with the effort of the entire community this can be fixed. And I believe that someday it will happen. It's just not a high priority for Dyne to pay attention to right now.
It's not a bug. I don't know if it was intended or if it is just WIP, but Spencer really doesn't have many face emotions from that point. Who knows, maybe it will be added in the future with some route polishing and a new ending for this character, or maybe this is how the author conveys the secrecy of Spencer's nature ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Despite the fact that I'm not a big fan of blondes or green eyes, I am in love with Harold because of his belly and because he is a bear. Love bear ʕ •ᴥ• ʔ. He's my personal favorite.
I like Richard because he looks so damn hot. I wish him be my daddy too (daddy with benefits ofc

I like Dwayne because of how sweet, adorable and honest he is.
I like Darius' route the most in terms of character progress. The best writing of all routes and getting to know him closer was the most pleasant experience.
And also I like our Godzilla because of how big, strong but gentle at the same time he is. And also because he is almost 80% similar in appearance, behaviour and personality to my boyfriend

All characters will get their own epilogue eventually. However, I doubt that it will happen soon. Especially Darius, whose route was completed last in the five main characters roster. Sometimes you can sneak peek plans for the next updates in ExcA's update schedule.
Idk if it is a bug or not. Dyne added variables for these events, but did not add a place in the routes where they would be triggered ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. It was done on purpose or he just forgot about it - only he knows.
PS At first i thought he just forgot the name of the first variable and added another one. But in the final there is no "check" on these two items for these two characters. He was probably just busy with other things related to it. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the completion of the route can somehow affect the events in the route of another character (not just bara godmother update on day 3). Such a weave breaks my fourth wall

I do not know how and where you got this screen, since the variables responsible for the output of these "objects" on the screen are in the game code, but I haven't found where they are triggered. Only variables for good(best and neutral) endings are working (that is what you got in your game). Most likely it is a bug or this was intended for now (cause these "objects" were already included in 1.143).
I didn't inspect Spenser route choices so deep. I am also didn't get the best ending for him in a first try. Maybe someday i will go through his route code, but right now i didn't have certain advice for you except just play the game and engoy your time with him. Or try some other routers and comeback to him with fresh look on every decision. But if you want his best ending so much - visit Dyne's patreon. There are guides for best endings at some level of support.
I partially agree about Spencer. After changing day 3 and removing the "nobody loves you" ending, Spencer became the "default" route of the game. That's it. This does not mean that he has become a canon. And I don't agree about Darius. He hold his face so no one can hurt his feelings. And just look at his interaction with Spencer in every routes. Even you asked yourself "and what about lion?". These two deserve each other. And based on that(not only that, there are a lot more reasons), my personal canon is: Spencer+Darius | Chester+Dozer | MC+Harold | Maria+Richard | Dwayne+(idk)Primal? :)

Oh Richard Richard. He is a big headache
. I don't remember that any other character caused so many mistakes. Even not in his own route. I don't know anything about coding, but my idea is the same as yours. Saves work very strange sometimes. Just for the record, sometimes I can't load saves on PC, depending on how I launched the game - through the exe or through the game engine itself. I am not even gonna talk about opening old save files. I am pretty sure if you start a new game on the latest version, there will be no any problems. I don't think anyone will have any other solution for you right now ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Try to skip to the same point and tell us if that helped. I'm curious.
When you are preparing meat and pasta - it is regular QTE. When it comes to cooking the steaks - you need to skip some QTEs. One QTE equals one min. You need to flip it only once and it will be done. That means you need to skip the first three QTE and press the correct key on the fourth. It's simple. Be patient with the dialogs.

Do not agree with you about "pure rage expression through the whole dialogue". For the first shocked line - definitely yes. But when he is talking about what he is going to do with Vernon his "serious" expression is more appropriate to me, cause it looks like he is saying it more to himself. This is the closest thing to my idea of this situation when he viciously says through his teeth that he will kill him.
But on the whole, you are right. This scene can be reworked to add more expression through facial expressions. For example, to add a nervous expression to Chester's face when he does not yet know what the conversation is going to be about, but already understands that something serious has happened. And the smiling standard face expression of the MC is also out of place in this emotional scene.
BTW comments here are not the best way to report a bug, Dyne doesn't respond here as often. He somehow collect feedback through google document on patreon, and I also have no idea how to send a bug report without being a patron. So catch an upvote from me. That's all we can do)

btw translation is very hard work, which takes a lot of time. don't wait for it anytime soon. (as i understand renpy - changing even one letter in the dialogue string ruins the whole line of translation. the game need to be ended and polished first)
its never too late to learn a new language or try to do a translation by yourself. i guess Dyne will appreciate any help with it when time comes to it
