it's been so long since the last update that when you go to "More Information" it just has the date it was last updated

Virus friend won't work. followed guide, got java, clicked the file I'm supposed to click, and I got the error message "Error: Unable to access jarfile (where the file is located), also instead of saying shv - запуск, it says shv - and some random symbols. Do I have to do something else with Java, what do I do :(
