I don't really like NTR myself. But at the end of the day none of it is real. Nobody is actually getting cheated on. If someone enjoys NTR content nothing is wrong with that, cause there's so much other content that's morally wrong irl but we consume them anyway

Yeah, that's what Japanese Visual Novels are. Couple of them do offer some more choices but it's usually to just pick what route you're going on.
