5 hearts always just felt natural to me tbh.  I know some Mario games start with that.

As for the music, honestly, I kinda agree, I rushed the music and wasn’t satisfied with the result.

If you have any ideas on how specifically to improve things, please let me know!  I’m always trying to improve as a game dev!

Neat game!  I love the gameplay of it and the way it makes you think about how to clear each level!  The art was amazing as well, and overall, you did a great job of juicing this game!

The crash was brought to my attention,  but unfortunately, I don’t think I can reupload it until after the voting period for the jam is over.  (Correct me if I’m wrong though, this is my first jam).

If you got the “You Win” screen, you finished!  You’re just free to explore the rest of the game or play levels again!  Keep in mind that “clear data” just resets everything except for the high score (though in hindsight, I should’ve probably labeled it “Start Over”.

Anyway, thanks for playing my game!!  Happy gaming! ^~^

Hey, since you played my game, I thought I should return the favor by playing yours!  Cool game so far, though sometimes, the Next button opens the shuttle inventory, which can get a bit annoying sometimes.  Other than that, though, cool game!  Love the style of it, and I definitely think that this could definitely be educational for people!

In all seriousness, the purpose of collecting burgers serves the same purpose as coins in Super Mario Bros, in which you get 100 and you get an extra life.  The enemie shoot you because they don't want you to get the legendary burger treasure!  Also, after you defeat the last captain, you're free to explore the other levels!

Also, thanks for bringing the Instructions thing to my attention, I'll fix it.  Thanks for playing, though!  I was honestly really surprised anyone was even interested in playing this game, it's something I just sorta threw together for the game jam, and it isn't exactly my best work.  Anyway, happy gaming!  ^_^
