Hi! Great question - I'm gonna say that needs to be included within the 12 pages, given that the jam was originally going to be 10 pages, but someone pointed out that 12 is better for printing. I want to avoid page-creep.

I'd say the general format is like standard Letter size, but honestly so long as it isn't absurd, I'm fine with other formatting - booklet, trifold, etc. and the 12 pages is a max, not a required number. You could even do a one-page dungeon if you want!

That's a good question! I'm inclined to say "yes" to avoid page creep. I was originally only making it 10 pages, but someone pointed out 12 made sense for printing. So I figure with 2 extra pages added, those who want to use one of those for acknowledgements should be fine. Hope that makes sense!
