Thank you! 🙏 I spent a crazy amount of time rendering and manually filtering these on my home rig specifically to avoid that cheap, raw AI look that floods the market right now. You totally nailed it with the ‘Metroid’ vibe! I was mixing a lot of dark sci-fi, Dead Space, and heavy industrial stuff to get this rusty, menacing feel. And you’re 100% right — they evolved way past simple icons into actual concept art and sprites. I purposely kept the backgrounds pure pitch-black so you guys can easily use the ‘Screen’ blend mode or Magic Wand them right into your game engine or animation software.
