I tested it on my laptop and that bug doesn't happen there.
So, I can only think of the reason being my refresh rate of 144hz on my desktop which does cause issues with certain games where it's meant to be played at 60FPS, although this game was already locked at that.
After some testing, I finally figured out the solution. I manually configured this game on NVIDIA Control Panel and set monitor technology from G-Sync to Fixed Refresh Rate, and that fixed the issue for me.
Edit: Actually, I noticed I had VSync globally set to fast. Simply turning that off also fixes the issue without requiring to configure the game.

1. AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, MSI GeForce RTX 3060 GPU with 12GB VRAM, 32GB RAM, 1TB SSD, 1080p@144hz (Game is locked to 60FPS).
2. The game is installed on an SSD, so I doubt it's a loading issue. Since they're like frozen to the first animation that played and I can hear the audio change but no new animation loads until I save on that spot and restart while some only shows black screen even after restarting on that spot.
I've played all your other games and this is the only game where this issue happens. It is also specific to the adult animations while other normal animations play fine. If you need a video recording showing the issue, I can do that as well.
Animations are bugged and requires restarting the game.
Edit: I figured out the solution.
If you have monitor with refresh rate over 60 and G-Sync / Freesync. Then you can manually configure this game on NVIDIA Control Panel and set monitor technology from G-Sync to Fixed Refresh Rate.
Alternatively, I noticed I had VSync globally set to fast. Simply turning that off also fixes the issue without requiring to configure the game.
That's all talk to say they're abiding by the rules. In reality, that is far from the truth if you actually play the games that are there. To begin with, 18+ or decensor patches already go against Steam's rules, as they bypass Steam's Mature Content Preferences, so it doesn't even matter even if the patch contents abide by the steam rules. They're still not allowed on Steam yet Kagura Games and other h-game devs have been doing it since ages with such workaround. I've played many games including ones published by Kagura Games which focuses on straight shotacon sexual content and some loli sexual content too, including other contents that technically would go against Steam rules. Not a single one of those games have ever gotten removed, so this is just more of a nonsense to control the freedom of artistic expression. It only has a real risk when Karens start complaining about it. Just take a look at the workshop of Wallpaper Engine on Steam and you'll easily find countless amount of "illegal" content aka. content that Steam says they won't allow it on their platform. This game is a lot tamer compared to the hentai games I've played on Steam, so it is just surprising to me you're this afraid of releasing a simple patch outside of Steam. I'd suggest simply dropping the patch at F95 if you really want to be this cautious with your official channels.
I also still remember from my playthough in the past, that one scene in this game where Neus doesn't wear panties under her skirt and while going up the stairs, she flashes a kid. xD
I vaguely recall it was somewhere around when you meet Neus' mature busty version, it was her mom or something.
Wrong, the patches wouldn't be allowed if Kagura Games or any user were to share them on Steam.
And the content of the patches are very much forbidden on Steam, from rape to shota/loli stuff.
If the patch was allowed, they would just add it on Steam as DLC. What Kagura Games are doing is a workaround to the rules.
Steam rules aren't what you should give consideration to so much. They aren't consistent with it at all and will pick and choose what to allow or ban. Even if your game 100% abides by Steam rules, they can still ban it for any vague reason if enough people complain about it. I've also seen games that got rejected by Steam later got approved just by a name change which itself contains rape while the patch provided outside is to decensor the genitalia.
I never claimed there was an actual "anti-cheat". I specifically stated there are "anti-cheat measures", they are two different things, dummy.
Anti-cheat measures like the code being completely obfuscated and values being encrypted. I have already tried via CE and only the displayed value changes(which is useless) and not the actual encrypted value that is being stored and used. Changing the date/time also resets the day.
Yeah, anti-cheat measures that prevent you from cheating the game via modifying the memory or game code.
It requires internet to check game version and time, that's what the disclaimer states but who knows what else it does with internet access. I blocked the game via firewall as soon as I read that.
The functions are also all obfuscated and the save is written to registry with encrypted values.
Can't believe this is the same dev that made Nicole's Risky Job. 😞
Who the fuck cares about someone getting offended by whatever content on an already niche game?
Put an option to disable/skip them if you care so much about these people but if you're going to go down this self-censorship route because of some crybabies, I'm not interested in following the development further.
As it only hurts the game when devs care more about the offended than just developing content you're passionate about.
I don't buy that reason at all, since, latest one will be on the top and you can see their month/year to tell anyways, so it is only preventing from checking what people has to say about the builds.
Luckily, there's another site where people are free to discuss and review games so, I am able to know while the animations are great, your history on development has been terrible and scummy.
Description can be easily looked over which is the reason important info that like should be stated in the purchase area.
Wait, so they don't even get to keep the builds they purchased if a new update comes out?
Since, it seems you're deleting the product page and creating a new one for every build update so, we can't even look at past comments. That seems suspicious to me.
