in scenario editor, can you make it so you can spawn divisions in a certain country, and annex the countries without war

saving takes to long and every time i do save the game is never responding, not even to alt f4

There is bug that if the world is ruled my super big powers like size 10000 there would be a glitch where the frames will pause for a few seconds and it gets annoying
