I'll see about making a Mac experimental build version to see if it can work on Mac devices. The issue is that I don't have a Mac, so I'll need someone to test it, and it wouldn't have a proper signature for Mac. Although the Steam page launch and Steam access will be coming out today or tomorrow. Which shouldn't be a setup file, so perhaps you could test to see if it works from the Steam launcher. We can test out both options to see what works, so you can get your hands on the game. My goal is to get a Mac and Linux build working before the official launch of the game.

If you saw the page and thought it was interesting, hey, I'm the developer of StateOS! You can just call me ReallyBadDev. I'm working on a global political simulation sandbox game that started development on May 13th!
The game's development is happening at a rapid pace, with updates roughly every week. The game will have a Steam demo out on October 15th and will be released on Steam on December 15th. Until then, I plan on adding as much content to the game as I can, plus bug fixes, of course, and getting feedback from players.
Current Road Map:
End Of September: Ideally have a released demo here on Itch for people to try out and perhaps an early access paid version at a cheaper price than the full release.
October 15th: Steam page launch and demo.
October 15 - November 30th: Rapid development of election systems for other countries, filling out all department features, political party mechanics, election maps, relationship systems, news system, economic update, and more.
December 1st - 15th: Bug fixes, play testing, and final preparations for release.
