Thank you the feedback! And I'm glad that you like it. I don't have anything like that planned just yet, and since it's a little on the niche side, it would be a while off if I did add it. Apologies. Though I can think of a few ways it could be added in... I'll have to think on it, but it would still be a while.

Sorry, this is very late. No, I will not be opening a Patreon account as eventually the game will have things that are forbidden there. Non-consensual depictions and such. And I don't want to have to censor the content, just to be able to make a buck from it. It's also why I have no payment options set up on here, as itch.io has the same restrictions.

Subscribestar has restrictions, but they are generally more lax in this regard.

Sleep sex is being worked on, right now there's only a minor teaser if you find her asleep on the couch after using certain items during the tea with Alice event.

And yes to the second bit, though it's a bit of a ways off. The backend system of pregnancy is functional, as in her cycles, but there are no renders or way to get her pregnant currently.
