Sleep sex is being worked on, right now there's only a minor teaser if you find her asleep on the couch after using certain items during the tea with Alice event.

And yes to the second bit, though it's a bit of a ways off. The backend system of pregnancy is functional, as in her cycles, but there are no renders or way to get her pregnant currently.
