Can you stop Glace from Freezing you, or take less damage? I get 3 spells in and then I'm possessed even with Violet as Armor, level 80

Tried to piece this together myself from a downloaded copy of the old Wiki as well as Furukawa's Walkthrough, but this is understandably complex and (if possible) easy to mess up.
For instance, I believe last time I tried this, using the Book on Mrs Rack on a later lesson only for her to never play the scene where she reads it meaning I couldn't get it back from her or Tiff.
If it's possible, I'm trying to get every student, enslavable teacher, the NPCs, those routes where the teachers bring you more nameless slaves, Sarah's Mom, and the monster queen (whose scenario I still haven't been able to trigger anyway). And for the few who are capable of it, willingly (I think that's Val, Cassandra, and Molly?). And of course, a good ending.
How much of this is possible, or what's the closest I could get?
So to get Val as a willing Slave, I have to enslave Sarah early, right? To trigger the scene at the 1st secret note on floor 3
But I don't see a route into Sarah's Mom with Sarah already taken, which from what I can tell is required to finish Ashley's willing route.
How can this be done, and is it compatible with a total enslavement route?
