fantastic! the story was simple and compelling, the gameplay was very chill with clear instructions and no rush, and the trivia portions made my knowledge-hungry brain very happy!

I cannot properly articulate how amazing this game is and how much I adore it. Being able to be openly non-binary and have it respected in Victorian England? Fantastic. Multiple, complex love interests? Incredible. The sheer amount of choices for dialogue and actions and buildable character backstory? Phenomenal. The character customization alone had me frothing at the mouth, as both a writer and a gamer.

Love this game! An interesting twist on my long-time favorite fairytale, and the puzzles were very fun for my brain. Now I'll be thinking about Lavender and where her story might go for the rest of the day. (Psst! Also love the matching theme with all the named characters!)
