Ah there's a few ways you can get it - it's basically when you're flung high in the air and miss the landing (off the top my head I think by drifting left in Bayley's room or drifting to the kitchen in the common area).

As it says in the description, you need to spike the bottle of wine in the kitchen before confronting Najma in her room. If you can persuade her not to eat you, and then confess to your plan and tell her where you put the poison, she'll get angry and you'll get tinier...
To be a little more specific, this means first climbing the kitchen island and putting the drug in the wine bottle there. Then you have to go to Najma's room and wait for Bayley to leave before going in and waiting for Najma to go to her bed. There are various ways to get through the conversation with her, but the quickest I think is to go under the other bed and wait, so she moves, then climb the desk and see the computer and her posters. Then if you go and confront her and bring up the books and her writing, then ask to move on and tell her about your plan. Tell her where you put the drugs, and the DLC should begin.
I've got full details on the current plan in this intro post: https://rbashton.itch.io/dorm-till-dawn-2/devlog/1119371/introducing-dorm-till-d...
There's a help page for the achievements here: https://ashtonmonsterhorror.com/under-the-table-tips/
If you specifically mean 'Provoked', have a look under 'Ailyn Outcomes' on that page for more tips.
Thanks for the feedback - I can appreciate where you're coming from. Part of the reason there isn't more like this I suppose is a gameplay issue as it struck me that reaching an eating scene was essentially game over, so if it's not expanding the game I couldn't spend too much time on it. Connected to that being the internal stuff required more tinkering and custom models - the stomach bits were actually late editions, especially the group shots, as I wasn't sure what I could pull off, which would be why I've missed some places going back through it.
I do have a longer animation on the way based on the game which has some slightly more elaborate internal shots, though, to scratch a bit of that itch.
Thoughts for the future too, I'll keep these things in mind.
Yes, but just for my subscribers at the moment - I've written about it here: https://rbashton.itch.io/under-the-table/devlog/918817/under-the-table-early-bet...
What else is there? Ha, no I jest – it is mostly getting eaten or stomped scenarios but there are a few diversions; you can get carried in various ways (hand, pockets, handbag) and there's quite a lot of unaware activity depending on how you go (you have to avoid people for a while to succeed, after all). Crawling under desks and such. But unaware interaction does tend to be getting eaten or trodden on unnoticed, too.
