There is this one scene on Sheo Beach, a game over screen that appererntly I don't have yet, anyone have any idea on how I'm suppose to unlock it? I'm geniuely lost

I love this story and I laughed when I saw the fact it was a Phoenix Right style in chapter 3, I was not expecting that.
