their is no such thing as a good country in war. May all violence end swiftly, and may people be able to see each other as people again, i hope for anyone reading this particularly if they are affected by the violence that, their family are safe, and they are doing what they can to make a better world. one in which Palestinians and Israelis are safe, and their cultures are seen as the gifts they are. 

you deserve to exist, your culture deserves to exist, and i am glad you are here

Yeah kyles a bitch. I've also got shit like that it's fucking hard, it's like your brains screaming at you because you breathed funny. All my love, when I was a younger I got so sick with intrusive thoughts that I couldn't go to school anymore and had panicks attacks everyday, and I was only able to really start managing it when I was doing research and came across osd and intrusive thoughts, and I was finally able to a certain extent calm down. 

If I had read this even in passing it would have helped me. It wouldn't have fixed things but at least I would have understood better and I would have understood that I wasn't alone. 

Thank you I'm sure someone else is reading this and learning something they needed to learn.
