Phase 1: Webs slow, Spiders and Saws are Poised Attacks with damage. (Edging Spots to make yourself not get hit so often, like slightly below the turn line Purple Heart)
Phase 1 Bonus: Use Flakes, free 10+ heal, Then say “No” for sweets. She gives you one got another 10+ heal
Phase 2: This is the only most difficult part since, there are drips from top, stringed clothes and spiders dashing across (left and right only.)
Phase 3: swap round with Shadow Bunny, but just move up and down on the end of left or right side. (Carrot skips this phase to the caught NSFW)
Phase 4: Chara helps you, but you need to focus on at least fully stripping, falling Saws (Green heals you, if you have regular hp, after using Chara to prolong, do just alternate between Chara and grabbing green falling hearts)
Personally it did take trial and error until I can just beat it but I’m always at a rough 20 hp left even with Flakes.
