I figured it out, if you use the Magic Strapon no checks are made on you (which doesn't really make sense) as soon as I used Phantasmal Cock with Phantasmal Seed unlocked Felicia can get you pregnant.

It doesn't seem like Felicia can get you pregnant, there doesn't appear to have any checks or rolls.

Is it a bug or intentional when an enemy fucks your characters they will *never* get pregnant. They only do if *you* initiate the action. I was wondering if it was just RNG and it was dodging it every time it happened but I tested it with the potion to increase the chance to 100% and it still doesn't happen.
