I’m glad you like it!

In my original design, the map would have been about twice as large. There would also be a helicopter firing as a item, and you could launch items by hitting them with a golf club—or have the heroine kick them away with her long, stocking-covered legs.
Maybe you could also use an item, like a megaphone, to guide the boyfriend in a certain direction.
I might try implementing it when I have some free time, lol.
At first, what I enjoyed most was the art—the shaking rocket, the sudden change in lighting when I reached the first planet, and the galaxy in the background.
Then, while flying high in the sky, I died just before reaching a blue area on my third attempt. That suddenly made me determined to beat the game, so I kept replaying it.
Around that time, I also started enjoying the music. It has a simple but cheerful rhythm, and I kept trying again and again while listening to it, hoping to reach that blue area.
It was only near the end that I started to really enjoy the gameplay. I kept wondering how I could reach that blue area, so I slowly explored and discovered items like fuel and explosives.

Thanks for liking the idea! At first, I wanted to make a much larger map with a scrollable camera, which is why it might feel like the enemies are coming out of some strange corners. Originally, there wasn’t even an image of the girlfriend.
I did realize that something felt a bit off, but I ended up spending all my remaining time working on the visual effects, lol.
